This project features two side-by-side homes, designed as mirror images of each other to maximize functionality and curb appeal on narrow 30-foot lots. Each home is a two-story, three-bedroom, 2.5-bath design that balances open-concept living with intentional privacy where it matters most.

The first floor showcases a spacious, open layout connecting the kitchen, dining, and living areas—perfect for entertaining or family gatherings. At the front of the home, a dedicated office space provides a quiet, enclosed area ideal for remote work without disrupting the main flow of the house.
