For this project, I prepared a complete set of architectural drawings for a single-story primary suite addition. The design was developed to blend seamlessly with the existing home, extending its functionality while maintaining architectural consistency.
The plans included detailed floor layouts, elevations, sections, and foundation details to illustrate the new space clearly. The addition was designed to accommodate new structural supports, mechanical systems, and insulation upgrades while adhering to local zoning and building code requirements.
Special attention was given to proportion, roofline alignment, and material selection to ensure the addition complemented the existing home and enhanced its overall curb appeal.
